A north-Indian state with Chandigarh as it’s capital is also known as “The Green Land of India” was carved out of Punjab in the year 1966, it surrounds Delhi from three sides. Haryana is a colorful state with a rich culture and history and delectable food, also a home to a lot of industrial units.

  • Tikli Bottom –tikli bottom

An extremely picturesque watchpoint and also a resort, Tikli Bottom is a Lutyens style Indian haveli, that offers luxurious rooms and a variety of services and is just 50kms away from central Delhi in the lap of the Aravalli hills.

  • Pinjore Gardens –pinjore garden

A famous Mughal Style Garden located close to Gurgaon in the lower Shivalik Range, the Annual Mango Festival is held here. The gardens also had a mini-zoo and rose gardens. It is lined with beautiful fountains, Japanese garden, paved walkways etc. It serves as a perfect picnic spot to spend a lazy afternoon.

  • Damdama Lake –damdama lake

This is one of the largest lakes in Haryana located in the Sohna region. The Dream Island Adventure resort is a picnic spot and a bird watcher’s destination. The nearby attractions are the hot springs, the Shiva temple and the Aravalli hills.

  •  Urusvati Museum of Folklore –Urusvati Museum of Folklore

A one of a kind live performance and entertainment center, located close to the Leisure Valley Park, Gurgaon, it is run by Wizcraft Productions &  Great Indian Nautanki Company. An art and craft exhibition is also held here which can be enjoyed year around.
